We use temperature-controlled logistics and vacuum-sealed packaging for all perishable items. Each product is inspected upon arrival at our warehouse and again before being shipped to your doorstep.

What is your policy on shipping liquid or fragile items like oils and vinegars?

We use specialized, heavy-duty protective cushioning and double-walled boxes to prevent breakage. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Sandy’s Imports ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if there is an issue with the quality or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
